Mazzamuto Construction has been building and remodeling high quality structures since 1960. Giralamo (aka) Jim Mazzamuto who was born in Sicily in 1921. He became a carpenter and honed his skill as a woodworker until he came to America in 1955 with his son, daughter and wife and settled in Martinez, CA. He started a cabinet shop and construction company. He trained his son James Mazzamuto at an early age to appreciate the craftsmanship and art of wood working after graduating Alhambra High School. James went to work with his father full time. Together, they built a reputation of honesty, reliability and quality workmanship. In 1993, James’ oldest son, Tony joined the business followed by his middle son Gino in 1998. The Mazzamuto family is proud to have worked and lived in Martinez all these years.
